Lakeland drive was built in the 1980 and had not been updated at all. It has a great layout, but the kitchen was enclosed and dark. We opened it up to create a light and bright space for entertaining and daily living. The primary suite had good space and by slightly changing the flow (reorienting the opening of the closet), it made the bedroom and bathroom more functional. All of the windows and doors needed to be replaced and the pool resurfaced, which we had not needed to do in our previous projects.
