Grazziani was built in 2000 and had not been updated. There were a lot of unnecessary columns and half walls dividing the main living area that we took out to open up the space. This also made the area more open to the kitchen and dining area.

We replaced a series of windows to be a three panel sliding door that gave better access and visibility to the pool. We updated finishes to the fireplace and redid all of the bathrooms and kitchen for a modern feel.
